There is German text on his leg that reads ick merke nischt vom geburteurckgang!, which translates to I don't notice anything about the drop in births!. It measures 8 1 2 in height and 5 in width at its widest. It is unsigned, but obviously made in Germany. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or wear note that you should twist off the cork
